This is a very personalized EVOLVE qigong package that draws on my 38 years of knowledge of medical and Taoist qigong, Chinese Medicine, creative cultivation, spiritual philosopy, sound and plant medicine, the healing wisdom of nature and modern sciences. You will be provided with a customized plan of stepping stones and pathways for your personal creative transformation.
The work will start with a 5 Element bazi chart reading. We will meet for bi-weekly 45 minute recorded Zoom sessions, so that you can continue the practice of each week, continuing to build your devotion and consistency towards a resonant nervous system.. You will able to connect with me via WhatsApp messaging, where you will receive Qi Tid-Bits of motivation and journal prompts creating improved nervous system alignments.
